Â Job Responsibilities: â€¢ To prepare customers account statementsâ€¢ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual debt collection reportsâ€¢ Investigating imbalances in trial balance and provide analysis of differences Prepare supporting schedules for all balance sheet general ledger accounts on a monthly basis â€¢ Prepare analysis of expense accounts on monthly basis and investigate and reverse miss-postsâ€¢ Ensure fixed asset register figures agree with general ledger â€¢ Maintain fixed asset register in accordance with company policy andâ€¢ accounting standardsâ€¢ Management of the fixed asset register by ensuring additions, disposals, depreciation and write offs are properly accounted for. â€¢ To verify daily print order Any other tasks assigned by the Accountant Revenue Job Skills: Not Specified Job Qualifications: â€¢ Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 'O' levels, including mathematics.â€¢ ZICA Licentiate,â€¢ Diploma in Accounts, ACCA skills level or its equivalent.â€¢ Paid up member of ZICA. â€¢ Hands on experience with Evolution.â€¢ Proficient in Excel and Wordâ€¢ At least 3 years' relevant experience.
